Blindspots Revealed – Shareable Nugget #20

Shareable Nugget #20: Blindspots Revealed

It’s not enough to just turn the switch off and that’s what I didn’t really understand at the time. I didn’t understand that full part of it. And, the other thing is when you choose to uninstall what you don’t like.

When you ask yourself, do I need to become aware of all these hidden blind spots and hidden weaknesses and fears that I don’t even know that I have.

The problem is the more you ask that question, the more they become revealed and when they become revealed it feels like a bandaid ripping off.

And that is okay though. It’s good.

It’s good because you might snap a little bit during the process of, of the revelation. If you sleep on it, you realize, oh wait, I was asking for that and it became revealed so thank you God, because maybe it became revealed through a mentor of yours or a friend of yours or an enemy of yours or your parent or your child or your boss or whoever, someone in traffic, the semi driver sitting right next to you in traffic.

However, those hidden weaknesses and fears are revealed to you, however you can find your blind spots, that’s when you’re ready to grow.

That’s when you’re ready to blow up, to exceed, to excel, to live big, and follow your treats and set those goals and achieve those goals. It’s time.

But it’s hard.

You know, it’s not an easy journey and it shouldn’t be easy, but I find it a lot harder to not achieve my goals, to live in depression and blame and doubt that is a terrible place to live. There’s a poverty mindset broke in money, heart, soul, Spirit, and everything you’re just broke all over.

I want to be wealthy! Do you want to be wealthy?

So here’s the big question then. How do we change that programming?
How do we change the paradigm that has been pre-installed before you can even remember?
Some of these bad habits, these anger habits… Okay, so here’s another quick story.
When I was a kid, I had some anger issues and I had some anger issues because I was around some people who were angry as adults and those habits kind of just got installed in me.
But you don’t expect anger. Anger happens quick. It happens in a moment. It’s a powerful emotion.
But when I got that program installed a child, I went to anger management because it was ruining some relationships when I was a kid. I would pop off at the wrong time, in the middle of a parking lot, about something stupid. So my mom made me go to anger management.

When I was a kid, all of the experiences that I had. Yeah, they were crazy.
They were totally crazy, but they were good crazy.
I mean, do we want everything to be perfect?
Yeah. I know. I want to create, when I have kids, I want to create a great experience and environment for them, but am I going to like lock them away in a little room and not let them risk anything? Is that what we’re supposed to do? Well, here’s an interesting statistic.
More than 85% of the daily actions that we take as an adult, the habitual actions that make up our paradigm, were installed prior to us being five years old.

Shareable Nugget #19: Un-Install Anger

So here’s the big question then. How do we change that programming?

How do we change the paradigm that has been pre-installed before you can even remember?

Some of these bad habits, these anger habits… Okay, so here’s another quick story.

When I was a kid, I had some anger issues and I had some anger issues because I was around some people who were angry as adults and those habits kind of just got installed in me.

You don’t expect anger.

So I went to anger management a couple times and I met all these men who were in their 50s and 40’sand they were so bitter and they were so angry and they were just like, I have to leave my family and drive up to the middle of the mountains by myself on my motorcycle just to get any solitude.

I’m like, okay, I don’t want to become that. So at the time I chose to flip the switch of anger off.

What I didn’t understand is that by flipping the switch off later on in my life, that switch could get flipped back on.

And it did during my depression of 2017. That switch got flipped back on. I didn’t even know I still had it. I didn’t realize it was off. I flipped that switch off for a good 20 years.

But 20 years later during my depression, during the deepest part of my adult experience, it got flipped back on and what I realized, the solution was that I needed to un-install it and re-install what I wanted in its place.

Shareable Nugget #18: Before You Can Remember

When I was a kid, all of the experiences that I had. Yeah, they were crazy.

They were totally crazy, but they were good crazy.

I mean, do we want everything to be perfect?

Yeah. I know. I want to create, when I have kids, I want to create a great experience and environment for them, but am I going to like lock them away in a little room and not let them risk anything? Is that what we’re supposed to do?

Well, here’s an interesting statistic.

More than 85% of the daily actions that we take as an adult, the habitual actions that make up our paradigm, were installed prior to us being five years old.

And I’m going to break this down just a little bit for you because prior to five years old – between five and seven years old, that’s kind of when we get our conscious mind.

Now, in this explanation, our conscious mind is our filter of the world. It’s our filter of all our past experiences. It’s how we make decisions based on all the meanings we have placed on our past experiences.

Well, children don’t have this yet before five years old. The don’t have enough past experiences to build a conscious mind until five to seven years old.

So everything that happens around this child before five years old gets dumped directly into their subconscious mind. And those habits, and those programs are literally what control over 85% of our adult actions.

Is that crazy or is that crazy?

I know I was in traffic one time and this semi driver cuts me off and I was so angry. I was young, I was so angry and I pulled up right next to him. I looked up, I was like fuming, turning red and I flipped him off and he totally saw me. He saw me right there, like face to face looking straight up at him. He looked down and then I got kind of scared. I looked away and looked forward and started trying to put on the gas, but the traffic stopped.
The traffic stopped and I was stuck there right next to him staring up at him after I had just flipped him off! Oh boy. Yeah.
Have you ever been in a situation like that? Well, that is anger. Anger happens. It's a powerful emotion.

Shareable Nugget #7: The Finger

When was the last time you got mad at someone or gave someone the finger?

It’s a powerful emotion.

It happens in a moment. And is there an antidote for anger? And what is anger even related to?

I think a lot of times it’s related to fear. Maybe it’s a fear within ourselves. A fear outside.

But here’s the antidote. I heard this from Tony Robbins, Thank you Tony Robbins.

The antidote for anger and fear is gratitude.

What are you thankful for? What are you thankful for? What are you grateful for? What are the things in your life that are incredible?

If you can’t really think about something right now, think about a time you had some incredible things.

Think about the people you love you, even if you’re pushing them away. You may not see all the people who love you right now, because you may be blocking it out.

Open your mind.

There’s a lot of people around you, who love you and they’re trying to help you right now.

But, how are you talking to yourself? What are you saying to yourself on a daily basis?
You know there's a word for that. It's called repetition and there's a word beyond that called auto-suggestion or self-hypnosis.

The Power of Your Words – Shareable Nugget #16

Shareable Nugget #16: The Power of Your Words

When was the last time you were totally mean to yourself?

When was the last time you spoke really, really bad to yourself?

Did you know that we have over 60,000 thoughts a day and most of the dialogue, most of the stuff we say to ourselves in our heads, most of what we say to ourselves is not even vocally, verbally expressed, so we don’t even have to talk words to talk to ourselves.

But, how are you talking to yourself? What are you saying to yourself on a daily basis?

You know there’s a word for that. It’s called repetition and there’s a word beyond that called auto-suggestion or self-hypnosis.

The longer and more you tell yourself something, the more you’re going to believe it, the more you’re going to bring it into your sphere, into your reality.

Now I know things can happen that are outside of our realm of control and I get it. I totally understand that.

Manifestation is a crazy thing in today’s world.

It actually totally represents itself in physical reality because what do you do when you think about something, you Google it.

And when you Google what you think about, you literally have algorithms chasing you. What you think about follows you today without algorithms.

And with all these ads and anything you want to know, will follow you.

So thoughts are things and they literally become stuff chasing you in today’s world.

So be careful what you think, but even controlling your thoughts is hard to do because you have over 60,000 thoughts a day.

Learn to control your words. They’re so powerful.

So, I guess you can call me a 'treasure hunter.'  The treasure I seek is gold.

Gold in the form of ideas, thoughts and visions for the future.

I have become so obsessed with defining what drives us all to do the things we do. Why do we act like we are in poverty when wealth is a mindset we can switch on in a moment?

Through my life experience of selling real-estate, cars, and vacuum cleaners, to making movies, commercials,  TV & YouTube Shows, I have come up with some strategic life hacks that I truly must share! I've always been someone who made things happen, but through the chaos, that life pours on us all, I couldn't seem to get ahead ...until I discovered the KEY to finding my gold and,

This key will also work for you.

I decided to start writing and put it all into my first book called:

'Your Gold Mind - Brain Digging Goal Guide'

There's no way you can remember to tell your lymphatic system to extract the waste from all the foods you eat and then extract it all through your sweat glands and urine and all that good stuff. Number ones and number twos. There's no way that we can remember that stuff.
Our subconscious mind is powerful and in fact, there's electromagnetic energy fields that surround us. When you get around someone, your energy field and their energy field meet.

Your Subconscious Power – Shareable Nugget #15

Shareable Nugget #15: Your Subconscious Power

There’s two main reasons that we do anything and I think all of you know this already. We are either trying to decrease our pain or trying to increase our pleasure. Now sometimes we do this subconsciously.

Sometimes these are programmed habits within our subconscious because our subconscious, you’ve a mountain moving mind, but here’s the thing… you can’t consciously think about everything that your mind does on a second by second basis.

There’s no way you would consciously remember to beat your heart as many times that it needs to beat in order to keep your body alive. There’s no way you can remember to tell your lymphatic system to extract the waste from all the foods you eat and then extract it all through your sweat glands and urine and all that good stuff. Number ones and number twos. There’s no way that we can remember that stuff.

Our subconscious mind is powerful and in fact, there‘s electromagnetic energy fields that surround us. When you get around someone, your energy field and their energy field meet.

This is why you can feel sometimes what other people are feeling. You could feel if someone has a mask on, or you can feel authenticity, you can feel congruence.

Are you living with how you think you should be living? Or are you choosing to complain and feel really bad for where you’re at? Because really all it is, is a mindset shift.

Your thoughts are things.

But if thoughts are things, then words are the physical representation of those thoughts, that’s why words are so powerful. So be careful how you talk to yourself.

Be nice to yourself, and then the nicer you are to yourself, that’s going to express itself outwardly.

It’s good.

What Do You Want? – Shareable Nugget #14

Shareable Nugget #14: What Do You Want?

You were designed for great things. I know you know that.

I know you’ve remembered that at times in your life. There’s probably been times when you’ve achieved some things. You’re like, oh my gosh, I didn’t know I could even do that. I didn’t even know I could learn that so quickly. I didn’t know I can actually make that happen. Are you kidding me?

I just built the whole death star out of Legos and I was eight like that’s a huge accomplishment.

We got to see these big wins. We’ve got to understand these huge wins. I mean, I have never built the Death Star out of Legos and it’s pretty incredible if someone can do that, that little kid is going to be an engineer or something or whatever that kid wants to be.

Do you know what? That kid has gold, and this is the other thing.

We need to have childlike expectations. We set so many expectations on how things should be, but why do we set those expectations? Those expectations are set because of our current paradigm and how have we been programmed for out our lifetime.

And are those habits that are controlling our daily activities, limiting habits, or are they empowering habits pushing us to our destiny?

Here’s the really big question.

Do you even know what you want?

Do you even know what you want? Have you ever asked yourself, what do I really, really want?

And maybe you have asked yourself but after you asked yourself, you’re like, oh my gosh, what I want… I don’t know if I can ever have that.

Chose to believe that you can have it if you want it because you can, it’s not going to be easy. But the pain of going after what you want is much more acceptable than the pain of living and not achieving your dreams.

We need to be more like bears. We need to hibernate - structured alone time.

My Cocoon – Shareable Nugget #13

Shareable Nugget #13: My Cocoon

I was in a pretty hard spot. I needed this cocoon. I really needed to enter a cocoon and I didn’t even really know what a cocoon was. The word cocoon started coming up for me while I was in the chaos.

And I started telling everybody, Hey, I think I needed a cocoon, I think I need everybody to just to leave.”

Everybody’s like, hey, why don’t you just go out of town, or on a vacation?

But I just built this food forest at my house and I’m like, no, my vacation is having everybody else leave. I get to choose to design my own life in my own house and my own food forest.

Thankfully, everybody understood that.

And I chose to process. I chose to ask everybody if they could leave. I asked my brother if he can move in with my mom. My mom, if my brother could move in with her and her new husband, Steve

And also I asked my dad if he could move out as well because he was there. We were all hanging out. It was a great time, but just everybody could sense that I was overwhelmed.

Because I didn’t process anything.

We need to be more like bears.

We need to hibernate – structured alone time.

We need to enter our cocoon and hey, I get it, sometimes you’re not gonna be able to enter a three-month cocoon like I did.

I get it, but we need to find our daily cocoon.

Did you know that one hour per day spent on yourself equals six and a half, 40-hour work weeks at the end of the year? Or are you willing to give yourself a six and a half full, 40 hour work weeks devoted to your dreams?

It’s time. It’s not that much to ask.

I know for me, I never hibernated. We need to be more like bears.
We need to find some time to ourselves, some alone time that we can think that we can process, but here's the thing. We can interpret our alone time as loneliness. That's not what it is. That's not what I'm saying. It's not isolation. It's not loneliness.
We need to choose to structure our alone time. That’s why I call it a cocoon.
Our cocoon is where we can enter when we need to organize what's going on. We need to have a space that is just for us just for you, a sacred space. We need to learn how to be alone, we need to learn how to be okay with just being ourselves.

The Bears – Shareable Nugget #12

Shareable Nugget #12: The Bears

You know what I find kinda funny is… Bears hibernate every single year.

How many times have you hibernated over the years? I know for me, I never hibernated. We need to be more like bears.

We need to find some time to ourselves, some alone time that we can think that we can process, but here’s the thing. We can interpret our alone time as loneliness. That’s not what it is. That’s not what I’m saying. It’s not isolation. It’s not loneliness.

We need to choose to structure our alone time. That’s why I call it a cocoon.

Your cocoon

Is a place where we can enter when we need to organize what’s going on. We need to have a space that is just for us just for you, a sacred space. We need to learn how to be alone, we need to learn how to be okay with just being ourselves.

I didn’t realize how codependent I was until I entered my cocoon and I had to become honest with myself and vulnerable with myself.

Which is sometimes one of the hardest things to do because we can’t see the blind spots.

They’re BLINDSPOTS.

We need other people to reveal these blind spots, or we need quiet time and self reflection time and designing time and diggin time.

We have to dig. We have to set daily, intentional goals and then create that treasure map.

We must create a massive action plan leading to our treasure. We’ve got to design that.

Are you designing your own map?

Shareable Nugget #11: The Process To Process

Have you ever been digging for your gold for a really long time and maybe you’ve dug up a whole bunch of gold over the years, but It’s been really hard to translate that gold into your bank account?

Yeah, I know I feel the exact same way. I’ve been digging for gold the last 12 years, but what I didn’t realize, I was stuck into some patterns. I was stuck in some habits that were holding me back, that were keeping me from my full potential.

In fact, that’s one of the things that I realized.

I discovered some fears. What are you afraid of? I was, I thought it was afraid of my, my full potential and that is what it was. I realized I was afraid of fulfilling my full potential. Are you kidding me?

That shouldn’t be my fear. I should live in that. I should go towards that every single day, but I wasn’t.

I was stuck.

I was in a rut and I needed to get out of that rut and I had to process everything that I’ve learned over the last 39 years of my life.

I never took a moment to process. There is a process to processing. You have to force it. Nobody will let you process. You got to choose to process. Nobody’s really stopping you from processing.

Nobody’s trying to stop you from processing and nobody even knows they’re stopping you from processing, but they are because everybody has their own things they need from you.

You need to take some time for yourself.

You need to choose not to call alone time, loneliness – instead call it structured alone time.

You need to design your cocoon.
