I commit to you today that I will hike this mountain and arrive at the peak at sunrise and bring you a personal inspirational message at the top each day. Im also choosing to delete coffee for 30 days also… eek! that is gonna be the hard part… lol

00:01​ Good morning everybody. I am here at the top of the mountain. This is North Mountain here. It’s here at the morning, right for sunrise. I got up and I got up early this morning right at three o’clock, which was perfect and I got some work done, got some planning done, planned my day and then at four 45 I left the house for the hike because I wanted to get up here. It’s five 21 right now and I’ve been chilling here just hanging out, looking at the sunrise for awhile, but I want to get up here for the sunrise every morning for 30 days and we’re going to see if I can make this happen. I’m also going to try to cut coffee for 30 days, do fruit smoothies in the morning and stay on my routine because this routine has been really, really good for this first six months, this morning routine I’ve been on, but I’m finding myself getting a little burnt out again, so I needed to mix it up.

01:01​ But one of the things I wasn’t doing in the morning was I wasn’t working out, uh, in my morning routine, I was doing all the mental work I needed to do in the mental work is really good, but it’s tiring, it’s exhausting. And so I needed to get some physical activity yet. And my physical activity I’m choosing to get in is in the morning here, I’m going to go hike, I’m going to hike them out in the mountains right by my house. So why not get up and hike and get up here by sunrise and say hi to all of you when I’m at the top of the mountain at sunrise. So I would just say if you’re feeling like maybe you’re in a little rut right now, try to give yourself little switch up. If you don’t have a morning routine, that’s going to be a big one that you’re going to give yourself.

01:45​ But once you give yourself a morning routine, if you find yourself in the rhythm, in the good rhythm for awhile, but then that rhythm starts, your body starts getting more tired or whatever’s going on. Like for me, I was rock and rock and rock and full speed and I felt my body starting to slow down a little bit on me. I realized wasn’t quite eating as well as I had been when I started. I wasn’t taking all my morning herbs, I wasn’t getting in the exercise in the morning. I was just focusing and cranking and working really hard on all the work that I had to do every single day nonstop. I’m really trying to get my sleep seven to eight hours of sleep every night and I’ve been finding that I really need my eight. So just a little wake up for you a little morning. Hello for everybody. If you haven’t hiked in the morning, give it a shot. If you have a mountain next to your house, cause it’s really awesome. So I love you all and I hope you all have a great morning. Great Week, great day. And I’m going to go down this mountain now, get back to my house and get a shower and then get to work. So I love you all. Until next time, develop awesome skills.
